Does your solution perform OCR on scanned images?

Yes, the ExtractIQ Process module includes an OCR engine for processing raster images. FAQ

Can we process files that are stored in Google Drive or Microsoft OneDrive?

Yes, the ExtractIQ Capture module is able to access files stored in cloud-based file systems like Google Drive and Microsoft OneDrive

Can we exclude processing files containing personal information like a drivers license or social security number?

Yes, you can configure exclusion rules using ExtractIQ Capture to flag and notify you if a file contains personally identifiable information.

Can you process Email messages?

Yes, ExtractIQ can capture and process the contents of email messages.

Can we store our files in a new Document Management system?

ExtractIQ UploadYes, the Extract IQ Upload module will use the metadata extracted from your files to bulk upload the files into your Document Management System.

Can we use the system to search for our files?

Yes, the ExtractIQ Search app will allow you to search using the information extracted from your files.

I would just like you to provide a one-off service to extract the metadata from our files and then upload the files into our cloud-based business system. Can you do this?

Yes, we provide a processing service with the price based upon the number of files processed. We will invoice monthly based on the volume of files processed and uploaded into your system each month.

Does the software run in the Cloud?

Yes, all the ExtractIQ modules can run in the cloud or in your environment.

Does the software use our Active Directory and Single Sign One?

Yes, you have the option of using your Active Directory or our User Directory for login authentication. The system supports Single Sign On (SSO).

Do you support SharePoint Online and SharePoint On Premise?

Yes, we support SharePoint Online and SharePoint 2019 On Premise version. 

Is the configuration of the SharePoint Site free of charge?

Yes, we do not charge for the configuration of the SharePoint Site so long as you have a contract of at least 12-months to capture legacy or current files.

Are we able to have input into the design of the configured SharePoint site?

Yes, we will work with you to design the appropriate SharePoint Document Libraries, Content Types and Folder structure to meet your capture documents.

We have of boxes of paper files that we would like to capture, can you help with this?

Yes, we will work with a scanning contractor local to you and manage the end to end process on your behalf.

We are not sure of how many files we have and need to capture, how can we move forward?

We would recommend our month to month services plan. We will process your files on a month to month basis so you can manage the costs and build up knowledge on the overall scale of capture during this process.
