Pricing
Every organization is different and therefore we designed our pricing model to be as flexible as possible to meet each requirement. If the pricing models below don’t fit your precise requirements, please get in touch with us and we will work with you to find a solution.
Broadly, there are three pricing models available:
Software License
Applicable where you want to own the software and use it as often as you like.
Software as a Service (SaaS)
Applicable when you want to use the software and spread the cost over a specified period.
Service
Applicable where you want us to provide a one-off or ongoing service to process your data.
Software Licenses
We offer the ExtractIQ product modules for a one-time perpetual license purchase with annual maintenance which includes future product enhancements and customer support. The pricing has three license bands based upon the quantity of users. Using quantity bands gives you more flexibility to vary the quantity of users without needing to update licensing terms. The table below provides details on the licensing for the lower tier, for up to 25 users. There is a middle tier for up to 100 users and an top tier option for unlimited users. Software as a Service (SaaS)
For Software as a Service (SaaS) you purchase a license to use one or more of the ExtractIQ modules for a period of time. The all-inclusive price includes all our charges to host the software in the cloud, software right to use license, future product enhancements and customer support. The minimum period to use the software is one month.

Services
We offer a fixed price service to extract metadata from your files. This can be used for a one-off project or as an ongoing service. You send us your files, or make them available via private file sharing, and we will send back the corresponding metadata for each file. We also offer the option to upload your files, together with metadata, into your electronic library. We also offer a free service to configure a SharePoint site for your own document library.
If you are capturing paper files, we will work with a local scanning contractor to scan all your files. We will manage the entire process from collection of the paper files through to uploading the files into the chosen repository. There is no initial setup fee. The fixed fee is simply based upon the quantity of files that are processed to your satisfaction.
